How to Proceed with your Duplication Project is pretty simple, just follow these steps and you'll be on your way to duplicating your project. Remember we are here to help you if needed. There are three basic things we will need in order to complete your job.
Prepare your Master:
Audio should be submitted on quality media. This is extremely important and not a good place to save a few pennies. Remember any errors that are on your disc will be duplicated on every disc we make!
Data jobs can be submitted on a disc but can also be submitted electronically via Dropbox. If using electronic transfer it is best to submit as an image file rather than raw data. If you are not familiar with this process visit our FAQ for more information.
DVD video can also be submitted on a disc and electronically. If using Dropbox it is best to submit as a .iso file. Another electronic alternative is to submit your VIDEO_TS directory.
Artwork:
Select the appropriate template for your job and create your printed material. Remember our policy at CD-Lab is to help you every step of the way if you need it. Please don't hesitate to call on us for help. Also remember that if you're not familiar with graphics and you can keep it simple we'll do it for free. We also offer design services for a fee if you want to have us create something more elaborate. Our fees are very reasonable and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
